INFANT BAPTISM
Birth to 7 years old
In order to baptize at St. Elizabeth’s, the parents of the child should be registered members of St. Elizabeth’s, or live within our boundaries. Parents please come to the office to schedule your child’s baptism.
You will need to bring in:
Baptism Prep Classes
Please check the bulletin for the date and time. Parents and Godparents must all attend baptism prep classes. Our classes are held on Tuedays or Saturdays at the beginning of each month. You must register to attend the class! Check the bulletin for dates and times.
Baptism for Children Older than 7
Anyone over 7 years old who wishes to be baptized needs to contact Fr. Mark at the office 367-4657
Children
Two years of religious education are required for children preparing for
1st Eucharist as well as 1st Reconciliation.
Generally children begin the program in the 1st grade.
In addition, a special program of preparation for First Eucharist takes place annually involving parents, children and our CCD staff. It is open to children in the 2nd grade and older children.
First Reconciliation takes place midyear and First Eucharist in May.
High School Age and Adults Needing First Eucharist
High school age and non-catechized adults needing this sacrament should attend the RCIA.
Adult Confirmation
Adult confirmation classes are held periodically through the year. Watch the bulletin or speak to Fr. Mark at 367-4657 about preparing for this sacrament.

If you are planning to marry at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton, please contact Fr. Mark at 367-4657 for a copy of the Marriage Guidelines.
Pre-marriage preparation is a wonderful blessing for engaged couples. St. Elizabeth's uses Engaged Encounter Weekend. The EE Weekend takes place in San Angelo.
Couples should contact the parish at least SIX MONTHS prior to their projected wedding.

If you or a family member wish to receive the Sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick, please call the office at 367-4657 to make arrangements. A Mass of the Anointing of the Sick is usually scheduled annually on February 11 (the World Day of Prayer for the Sick).
