Cantors are confident and faithful members of St. Elizabeth's music ministry who lead the congregation in singing at weekend Masses and special liturgies. In full participation, the people gathered in the church are united in mind, body, and spirit as they sing and praise God as one.
All cantors at St. Elizabeth's must be active members of one of the choirs at the parish.
If you would like to join the music ministry at St. Elizabeth's, please contact the office at
Choral Scholars have the opportunity to sing in SEAS Chorale in a choral setting each week (September-June), covering a range of repertoire and celebrations in a Catholic-Christian sacred music context. Choral Scholars are responsible young adults in a high school or college music program who aim for the highest musical standards. They have a solid foundation in sight reading and musicianship, and possess a trained voice suitable for blending in choral music and confidently singing a solo piece.
